Nora is THE person to go to whenever faced with a problem and need someone to support and listen to you. My relationship with my husband was going from bad to worse, and I waited a whole year thinking that I can fix things on my own. I was too proud to think that I needed help.
The help I got from Nora was tremendous. During our sessions, she always asked me questions that empowered me to shift my thinking and make changes for the better. She provided me the guidance, gave me the tools, and supported me when I stumbled. Today I communicate with my husband better and my relationship with him has been rejuvenated. Nora you are a lifelong partner and I will always seek your help when I need it!

Nora came highly recommended to me. Like most “know it all guys” I was at first hesitant to talk to a coach. Nora helped me stop my destructive “behaviors and habits” that affected myself and everyone around me. I knew my behaviors and habits were wrong, but just could not get focused to stop, and she did it in less time that I ever thought possible! She called me out on what I did wrong, and guided me to what I needed to fix. Her patience and encouragement were instrumental in getting me to change and be a better person. Not only do I want to thank you, but so does my wife!

I had met Nora through a local mothers group where we discuss everything that interest moms and women. I liked her positivity and energy.
When I contacted her, I didn’t know much about coaching, but I knew I needed help. My marriage was a mess; two kids and a husband living out of a suitcase. I was feeling lonely and not too connected to him anymore. She asked me questions that helped me identify the challenges that affected my relationship with my husband and look at them from a totally different viewpoint. The challenges turned out to be limiting beliefs that had been holding me even before my marriage.
With a new perspective, I have since been able to eliminate these barriers which reflected positively on my marriage. Nora is very intuitive and a great listener. From the first time we talked, I felt the comfort of an old friend – a friend that I can honestly open up to without the fear of being judged. Nora always held me accountable to my agenda and to stay on track.
Thank you Nora!

Through my coaching sessions with Nora I have found that I am more aware of the blocks to achieving my goals and have clear ideas how to move forward. I have discovered the “inner work” that needs to be done and had been afraid to confront. Nora has a great ability to give positive feedback, encouragement and a new way of looking at life. I became more aware of my strengths and know for sure that I should not give up hope and stay on track when goals don’t get achieved right away. Nora is very professional, knowledgeable, a great listener, and a wonderful advocate for your success. Through our work together, I have gained insights that I never had before. I feel much closer to my goals than I have ever before.

I recently had the opportunity to be coached by Nora. I find my coaching session with her both an enjoyable time that I dedicate to myself, and an extremely effective way to formulate strategies and accomplish goals. Nora is very intuitive and has the talent to not only inspire her clients to exceed their goals, but also holds them accountable thus creating an effective blend that keeps her clients moving forward and conquering new frontiers.

When I first joined a group coaching lead by Nora I was unemployed and unsure about what my next steps should be. Should I return to work full-time? Part-time? What type of schedule would work best for me and my family? Should I change careers? How would I juggle a new job with all the demanding responsibilities while balancing my home life? All the questions mothers usually wrestle everyday--but it can get confusing defining what you want vs what you need and when and if you should compromise. As a result, I was not getting any job offers- despite various interviews.
Today, I am happily freelancing and working from home and it works very well for me and my family because it gives me the flexibility I need. Furthermore, I've received a few job offers since I've been freelancing. What I got out of the coaching sessions is that I was able to learn more about myself and identify the areas that needed improvement and to my surprise I needed an attitude adjustment about my current situation.
My biggest takeaway is that sometimes it is very helpful to discuss the issues that get you stuck with someone- who is not directly involved in your life, who is supportive and non-judgmental- because you can get a fresh and whole new perspective. Three words describe Nora as a coach: Honest, Kind and Direct. Thank you Nora!
