FAQ

Who do you typically work with?

What’s the difference between Therapy, consulting and coaching?

Therapy is more focused on the past and discovering the roots of the problem, whereas coaching is focused on the future and is based on solutions and action taking. Unlike consultants, I do not tell you what to do. I am trained to empower you and ask thought provoking questions to help you come up with the solutions that best fit your character, beliefs, values and goals all while providing you with a whole lot of support throughout the process.

Will coaching work for me? Will I get the results that I am looking for?

Change is hard. But...if you are willing to do the work, you will see results!

If you are stuck, but committed to making the relationship work, then coaching will help you achieve positive changes. In my opinion, coaching is an investment in yourself, in your relationship and your life. After working with clients, I have concluded that no one leaves the coaching sessions empty handed. The amount of insights and awareness that one can gain is priceless and worth the investment.

What if my spouse does not want to attend coaching sessions?

A spouse refusing to attend the coaching sessions is normal and should not discourage you. Often, the one attending the coaching sessions is the one suffering the most in the relationship and wants to have a better understanding of how to deal with the situation and what to do next. Through my coaching and your commitment, you will see the changes in yourself, which will reflect in your relationship and thus encouraging your spouse to attend. Keep in mind, your spouse may still want to improve the relationship, but chooses not to attend for many reasons, none of which will affect the coaching process.
